While our focus is primarily in the industrial warehouse/distribution market, we are also active in the office, retail, and residential housing markets.
We currently have 100% ownership in properties in Birmingham, Mobile, Tuscaloosa, Anniston, and Amarillo, TX, compromising just over 1,000,000 square feet.
We have also made minority investments and/or provided capital in several other real estate investments.
